  Service was friendly, however that's the bare minimum a customer should expect. The employee at the kiosk made a mistake for our 5 tickets and we sat in on a different movie (the sign for the movie title was out so we couldn't tell if it was the right one but we didnt think too much of it) it was only when the first 5 minutes of the movie started that we realized we were in the wrong theatre - a silly mistake on both ends. I went back to the counter to tell the manager (by now we'd missed the intro to our intended movie) and she told us to just go ahead and make it to the intended movie with just a "Sorry about that." It kinda sucked because we got there an hour early to get good seats and have a good time. It's hard to get the family together on a Friday night because we all have jobs and my mom was extremely frustrated because she took the night off for this. I would have hoped that management would have found a compensation for our time and trouble because we did pay for a service. In all my years working in customer service I would always try and compensate for a mistake involving the employees. Like even a free drink or popcorn would've lightened the mood. Anyways, we missed the beginning of our movie because we trusted the employee to handle our tickets (next time we'll probably just use the machines) and when they made a mistake (which is totally okay as long as you can compensate for that) there wasn't a sincere apology or that extra step to make sure the customer was having the good time that they paid for.

  I parked here as part of a convoy so we could rearrange passengers in our vehicles and a security guard asked us how many cars we planned on illegally parking overnight in the lot. We said zero and he drove away without saying anything. Decent service but I would have appreciated butter with my salt.

  Tons of theatres here. Ultra AVX worth the money for the reclining seats and reserved seating. No VIP but there is an IMAX! A few great food options other than the regular popcorn and candy counter.
