  Service is very slow inside. Waited fifteen minutes for my food and the fires were cold by the time I got the meals. Been here with kids in the drive thru and it takes ages to get through the double lane. Servers keep missing the fact that the first vehicle they reached the service order menu and speaker should get to go first not the person in the next lane who came in after you have already pulled up. Have already complained to management three different times yet nothing has been done. It is like this in all the Surrey McDonald's.

  I just bought a double big mac which tasted like garbage because they probably dropped on the ground and served it to me with hardley any flavouring, besides the mystery grade ground animal called beef . I will never return their , you are welcome macdonalds for no longer having a guest here because i'm sure you'll convince a child to eat your non healthy food.
