  I've been waiting to write this review till the conclusion of our ICBC claim but that's taken longer than expected. On December 30th their delivery driver drove into our garage. He was at our door when my husband noticed the car rolling. The driver forgot to put it into drive and my hubby had to help him. But accidents happen and the driver was very upset. However, we paid for our pizza that night, never got a call from the manager or owner of this location. I had to call repeatedly to get in touch with the manager who informed me they were not responsible and that I would have to deal with the driver myself. Unfortunately the driver told us he had very little money and we believed he may not pay us back. Instead we had to go through ICBC to get the door repaired and that's still pending. They required 3 estimates for the door repair and 3 estimates from a painting contractor and we won't be reimbursed fully for any of it as that is not ICBC's policy when dealing directly with a homeowner. Our other option was go through insurance but that would have increased our rates. Not one word from Papa Johns. Not even a free pizza on the night it happened! Poor customer service is an understatement.
