  Worst service in my life, I get up to the window, it's not that busy and ask if she can add a bottle of water to my service before she taps by card, she looks at me with a grumpy face and taps my card anyway and says "I can't do that because.... because... we are on a timer" I told her I just wanted to add a bottle of water so she goes to the back to get a coffee cup and fills it up with tap water... she had a grumpy look on her face the whole time, I was very nice to her as I used to work in fast food, she never said hello or never said goodbye. When I had asked to add a bottle of water she huffed and she puffed.. needless to say I won't be going back to tims as I prefer McDonald's coffee now anyway, this pretty much just sealed the deal.

  The service is frequently slow and the quality of Tim Horton's has been in steady decline for years.

  I came here about 11pm and i got myself the ham and chese sandwich. I go home to go eat it and the first bit, there was a long peice of black hair in it so i threw it out. I went in the next day around 11am to go tell them what happened. Apparently i have to keep the sandwich to prove it to them even if the sandwich is "a week old". The lady never gave me a refund at all and was totally rude about the whole situation

  Staff here are always hard at work and are very kind. Food is decent for a Timmy's, but never had an outright bad experience. Interior is always very clean and they prepare orders quickly. Always my go-to Timmy's.
