  Never fill the french vanilla coffees, to the point where I have to ask multiple times and should be charged less. When I buy an extra large coffee, it barely fills a large cup. #ripoffartists

  Long John and crispy chicken sandwich. Get the honey mustard on it instead of the Mayo.

  Slow service and it seems as though many staff have difficulty with the English language. It depends on the shift. Food is good and the coffee is great. Service times needs huge improvement.

  The coffee here is okay, but the hot chocolate and donuts are where they shine. The hot chocolate is creamy and doesn't have a sharp chocolate taste to it. But the donuts. They have a large selection of donuts and most are really good, great for birthday party's or any other gathering.

  Changed my rating solely due to the graveyard shift & the amazing employees, particularly the kind older ladies who demand respect but still manage to be kind to regulars & locals who work hard but do physical labor for a living--I almost never returned due to an experience w/daytime management who publicly shamed me for staying an extra hour & allowed other customers to accuse me of being "under the influence", not the first time I'd witnessed this, and my defense of others likely irked management, but I escalated the situation & it's at least tolerable if I time my visits carefully. Hopefully it was just a stressful bad few days. Will monitor the situation and am more than happy to change my review, as I do audit business/customer service as part of my personal business & monitor social media, am here to help and will respond positively to changes , solicited feedback (for free and separate from my personal opinion reviews according to ethical and legal guidelines).
